Founder of Global Edge Academy
Dr. Abigail Muchecheti is a UK-based academic, author, and leadership trainer who believes that powerful change begins with how we communicate and care for the people we lead.
After years working within higher education and leadership spaces in the United Kingdom, she saw how many professionals across Africa and the diaspora were denied access to the kind of practical, ethical, and people-centred training that transforms workplaces. That realisation inspired her to found Global Edge Academy an online platform designed to bridge international best practice with African realities.
Through her signature courses in Professional Communication, People Management, and Ethical Leadership, Dr. Muchecheti equips learners to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Her teaching combines global knowledge with lived experience, ensuring that every lesson speaks to the challenges and opportunities African professionals face today.
Dr. Muchecheti holds a PhD in Leadership and Management and has written widely on communication, power, and organisational culture. She is also an advocate for inclusive leadership and ethical development across education and business sectors.
